I, the Artist, retain all copyright, ownership, redistribution, and intellectual property rights, including (but not limited to) the posting, recording, streaming, and deleting of all content related to the commission.

I reserve the right to decline and/or cancel any order for any reason.

All commissions are made for personal use only unless agreed upon otherwise.

My art may not be used for AI, crypto, NFTs, and similar technology.

My art may not be used for hateful or harmful content such as (but not limited to) harassment, gambling promotion, defamation, etc.

All commissions are digital images. There is no physical item to be shipped.

Commissions will showcase the skill level that I have at the time of production.

Neither the artist nor you, the Client, may release the other party's personal details such as names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.

Depending on the severity, violating my Terms of Service may result in blacklisting. Blacklisting will also entail a cancellation of the commission(s) and a public announcement with the Client's social media handle. By extension, anyone else using the Client's name or email will be blacklisted as well.

Client must be professional and communicate in a timely manner. Client may not send unsolicited NSFW images.

Client may not use unapproved or older versions of the commission(s).

Client may not use my art for commercial profit, physical or digital, unless agreed upon otherwise. This includes usage for merchandise, advertisement, paid promotion, etc.

Client may not claim my work or any custom designs I have created.

Client may not upload the commission to personal galleries that showcase their own work (such as deviantART). Client may post their commission on their social media so long as it includes a visible watermark with my social media handle, minxiney, and is in a lower resolution and/or Glazed. ToyHouse uploads should be linked back to me and have my or the character's owner's watermark.

Commission cannot be traced or drawn over by the client or others.

Client is assumed to be an owner of the account that the payment is sent from. Client is responsible for managing their own finances and understands that art commissions are a luxury, not a necessity.

Payments will be received via Venmo or Ko-Fi in USD.

Full payment is due upfront once order has been accepted. Only commissions totaling above $200 may inquire about a payment plan.*

Client must respond within 48 hours or until the agreed upon time frame to avoid cancellation.

Client may not change the commission type after payment has been sent.

No refunds once the first sketch is sent to the client.

If I am unable to complete the commission, a refund will be issued based on the amount of work done. Client will receive the commission in its as-is state.

Additional upcharge will be applied to complex designs, custom designs, complicated requests, companions, and large accessories.

Rush fee: Deadlines will incur an additional fee based on the timeline as a separate charge. Rush fee will be refunded if I fail to comply with the deadline, but the commission will not be considered cancelled.

Revision fee: Major revisions will incur an additional fee based on the complexity as a separate charge. If the revision is due to an error on my end, it will be revised free of charge.

Privacy fee: I do not offer private commissions. Client may request me to withhold from posting anything until a certain date, but all commissions will be public by default.

Commercial use fee: I currently do not do commercial work outside of zine projects.

I retain all the rights to the transactions and filing a complaint. Clients who issue a chargeback without notice will be blacklisted immediately.

After payment, total turnaround can be between a few days to three months depending on my schedule and complexity of the order. I will notify the client for any delays.

Client is free to request an update or specific checkpoints at any time if possible, but keep in mind that it may lengthen the timeline. I may also reach out to the client if I have questions.

In the interest of time, if the client fails to respond within 48 hours of an update, I will proceed with the rest of the process.

Completed commissions will not be revised for free and any requests to redraw or significantly change the commission will be treated as a new commission with the my most recent commission rates.

CHECKPOINT 1 Client receives initial colored sketch for approval.

CHECKPOINT 2 Client receives rendered version for approval. This is the last checkpoint for drawn revisions.

CHECKPOINT 3 Client receives color-corrected and filtered version for approval.

CHECKPOINT 4 Client receives the finished product and all applicable versions via email and the commission is considered completed.

Client will also receive a Glazed and watermarked version of their commission for their public posting.
